Welcome to Indulge Bakery!

Greetings and welcome to Indulge Bakery!  We haven’t opened quite yet, but are looking forward to it and thought we’d get started during the build-in process.  We will be building-in at 700 SW Higgins Ave. in Missoula, Montana.  We’re starting out with a blank slate which, after the past year of trying to pull this together, is a beautiful place to be.  We have a space of around 1,600 sq feet and we can, in this space, create some truly decadent taste experiences.  I can’t wait to get started!  A little “before” shot:

There are no bakeries in this neighborhood aside from those located in grocery stores, so we’ll be a new addition on many levels.  We will be an active business within the community – giving back whenever possible and hopefully people will like what they see and come back again and again!

I can hardly wait to get started!  Stephane and I and our children, Elen and William are over the moon to be back in Missoula after many years – I grew up here and am thrilled that Elen and William can grow up here, too and can be a part of our family business.

I’ll be posting from time to time with updates on how the build-in is going and what we can look forward to during our launch (I’m told about 2 1/2-3 months before we can move in) so hopefully we’ll be open shortly after!

Looking forward to getting in that kitchen and baking up some truly indulgent goodies!

  2. Thanks so much, Aunt Toni! These are actually very close to the colors we’ve chosen for the place 🙂 I can’t wait to have you and Uncle Lynn here for a visit, particularly once we’re open!
    Love you!

  3. I can’t wait to eat, uh, I mean see the finished product…

  4. Thanks, Pixie! I can’t wait, too 🙂 besides, there’d be the extra bonus of getting to see you! 😀

  5. Shonna,

This sounds so very exciting! I don’t suppose you’ll do mail order for those of us who just don’t get to Montana as often as we’d like?

    • Hey Arwen! I think some of the items I’ll be baking will travel just fine 🙂 I’ll be posting a menu of sorts sooner or later – give wee Josuha a squish from us! Love to you, too 🙂
