We missed the Clark Fork River Market today – it seemed more important to try to get the bakery ready to get up and running – we’re so close it’s sort of vital. Knock wood in the next few days we’ll get more things in and can start doing some test-bakes. I’m hoping that in the next few weeks we’ll start slowly bringing various products out to the market and introducing them all around – look for us next week and while you’re looking…keep your eyes open for biscotti that won’t break your teeth! Any flavors you’d all prefer? Almond, anise, pomegranate blueberry almond and oh, who knows what all else! Can’t wait!
