Bread & Biscotti

We’ve got today’s breads done and they smell amazing! Three cheese (asiago, parmesan & romano), sesame loaves, & French loaves. We’ve also got some biscotti nearly ready to come out: Vanilla bean, cherry almond, almond, chai spice and anise. We’ve just had a taste of the cherry almond one (a new flavor for us!) and Stephane likes it and it’s officially curled my toes! We’ll be trying some new things over the next day or two…look for our tiramisu cupcakes this coming Friday!
