Tastiest bread yet…

We get our bread out of the oven hot and fresh anytime from 3-5pm. This cuts down on having to pick up stale bread in the afternoon! We came up with something truly special today and I can’t stop craving it now. It’s a variation on our 3-cheese bread which contains asiago, romano and parmesan inside and out. Inside is cubes of these cheeses throughout while outside it is shredded all over. I picked up some morrels at the Clark Fork River Market and thoroughly loved including these in this bread. I diced the mushrooms finely and sauteed them in butter and also finely diced garlic. I sprinkled this in with the cheese and it was beyond delicious! We decided to slice up a mini boule and let people sample the bread but of course we had to sample it as well…we’ll be making that one again tomorrow.
