Mushroom goodness!

We’ve been very, very busy lately which is a good thing! One of the bonuses of working the Clark Fork River Market is that we get the BEST produce for our bakery. One of the most exciting is the mushroom connection. Through the mushroom vendor, we were able to get some fresh chantrelle mushrooms and dried morels. We’ve sauteed the chantrelles in garlic butter and have added these to our regular three-cheese bread (parmesan, asiago & romano) and it takes the bread into a whole new dimension! Chunks of the cheeses inside of the bread mixed in with melty, buttery sauteed mushrooms…oh it’s bliss!
As always, our bread has no preservatives and no additives.
Can’t wait to see what the Clark Fork Market has in store for us today!
