New menu items

We’ve been adding new things to the menu lately that we’d been wanting to add from the day we opened. Hand-rolled butter croissants are one that we brought out a week or two ago. This is absolutely a new favorite of mine! We’re also making chocolate croissants now as they simply needed to come out! I’d started making small molded marzipan “moon faces” which are dusted in Dagoba cacao which is organic and fair trade then brushed with edible gold dust. I always loved marzipan, hopefully this will be that little touch-of-sweet to other marzipan lovers in town! Stephane has also introduced a French-Canadian delight: Sucre a la creme! Pardon the lack of accents there, but I haven’t worked out how to do those on this computer just yet. This confection has a fudge texture yet manages to entice with a hint of maple and toffee. A little goes a long way!
We will be introducing something new at least once a week.
