We started out making hand-rolled butter croissants and slowly but surely started to add things like almond (my old-time favorite!) and then what’s better than plain almond? Chocolate! Chocolate almond! Yes! Slowly after that, we started adding things like huckleberry….soon to come: spinach & feta and ham & swiss!
Oh croissants are so much fun! Tasty flaky goodness, too…come try one and see!

Also coming this week: Chocolate cupcakes with a chocolate malt buttercream topped with a malted milk ball, pumpkin chip cupcakes with cream cheese frosting and last but never least…lemon meringue cupcakes! These are a lemon yogurt cupcake topped with marshmallow meringue (I’ve used this on a chocolate birthday cake – there are photos somewhere on here!) and happily, I get to use my torch to toast that meringue!

We will also start taking orders for the holidays this week. Don’t forget: Santa will be visiting the 5th and 12th!
