New and what’s to come?

Hello there!
We’ve been working a lot with puff pastry, which is a joy to play with! We make our own by hand daily so it’s fresh, buttery and flaky! We’ve been serving a mix of goodies as a result, from huckleberry bavarian cream vol-au-vents to lemon zest pinwheels to apple, huckleberry or blueberry turnovers to pain au chocolat should your craving be more of the melted chocolate inside a pocket of puff pastry! We’ve been open 7 months now and we’re still adding new things every week, sometimes several times a week! It’s lovely to get creative in the kitchen!
What’s coming up? We’ll be at the Women’s Fair next month, I’m working on some showpiece cakes for that, and we’re gearing up as well for the Clark Fork River Market! It’ll be here before you know it! We’re also waiting for our wholesale license to come through, which is (we hope) any time now…we’ll have lots of announcements coming up as well including our March Cupcakes for Charity recipient!
